Yes. Our beginner kits are designed as 1-Star Beginner Level projects with simple shapes, included tools, and video tutorial access.

What is included in a beginner kit?

Standard beginner kits include wool, a felting needle, a felting mat, packaging box, and tutorial access. Exact contents may vary by product, so please check each product page.

How do I watch the tutorial?

You can scan the QR code on the product packaging or use the tutorial link sent by email after your order.

How long does one kit take to finish?

Most beginner kits are designed to be completed in about 2 hours, depending on your pace and experience.

Are these kits suitable for children?

FeltieBuddy kits can be used for parent-child creative time, but felting needles are sharp. Adult supervision is required for children.

Do you make pet custom orders?

No. FeltieBuddy does not currently offer custom pet felt orders.

Where do you ship from?

We ship worldwide from China.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Kits must remain in original packaging, with wool and tools unopened and unused.
