We want your FeltieBuddy order to feel safe and simple. If your item is unused and still in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

FeltieBuddy accepts returns within 30 days for eligible unused items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Wool, tools, accessories, and packaging must remain unopened, unused, and suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened wool kits, used tools, used felting mats, damaged packaging, digital tutorial access, custom items, or items that are not suitable for resale.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, email address, and photos of the item in its original packaging. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
